Overview

Website, coin store and admin panel for a five-year-old survival server. The engineering core is the payment-to-delivery path: a purchase on the web has to land in the game exactly once, even when the player is offline.

Payment → delivery

A Stripe webhook marks the order paid and the Go backend (pgx on PostgreSQL) writes one delivery row per cart line. The Java server plugin polls instead of being pushed to, so the game server needs no open port: it claims pending deliveries under a 90-second lease, runs the console commands configured per pack, then acks each one as delivered, deferred (player offline) or failed. Lease + ack guarantees a purchase is executed exactly once, and a 30-second heartbeat reports online players, TPS and version back to the admin. Every paid order also triggers a branded receipt email and an automatic Billingo invoice.

Storefront

React + TypeScript SPA with a persistent cart across routes, flash deals, a live purchase feed and monthly top supporters. A seasonal theme engine switches palette and particle effects by date, with no manual intervention.

Admin & operations

A separate admin app with TOTP two-factor authentication (pquerna/otp) manages news, wiki, store packs, staff applications and deliveries. Everything ships as Docker containers behind Nginx and Cloudflare, with push-to-deploy CI and an IP-allowlisted maintenance mode for building in production.
